One of the largest Domain Name Registrar's in the world (GoDaddy.com) is under multiple CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS. GoDaddy has been accused of BLACKMAIL by one Domain Name Owner and attempted theft of domain names by another. One criminal complaint was filed late last year and the most recent was filed last week. GoDaddy is an Arizona Company located in Scottsdale, Arizona a suburb of Phoenix. Back in the day you could go to El Charro and see many of the power players in Arizona having dinner at El Charro the political hangout that is/was located in between Phoenix and Scottsdale. Today the State Attorney General of Arizona is Terry Goddard. In 1983 Terry Goddard was one of the youngest mayor's of a major US city, that being Phoenix. Terry would almost become Governor of Arizona, but he ended up becoming the Attorney General instead. In the early 80's you could buy desert dirt not far north of Scottsdale in the hundreds of dollars range. Then a group that liked to hang at "El Charro" known as the "Rolls Royce Gang" started buying up all the desert dirt they could. In a short time acerage north of Scottsdale was going for prices in the $100,000.00 range due to the "Rolls Royce Gang". The banks of Scottsdale and Phoenix ended up in a daisy chain scam where they got left owning tons of desert dirt for prices no where near what the land was really worth. That was a typical business in Scottsdale back then, a SCAM, that was when the city was known as the land of scammers to many. Scottsdale is where Bob Parson decided to locate his company GoDaddy.com (GoDaddy Group) when he hit a payday. Bob Parson's payday came when he sold a software company to Intuit. Parson is said to have gotten 64 Million for the sale of his company to Intuit. The sale involved Parson's Technology and some software items he developed including Quick Verse Bible Software. In interviews that are on-line, Parson has admitted he has failed many times in life, he says that is part of being an Entrepreneur. Parson admitted he failed at many things when he first tried to start his on-line business. He couldn't make much profit being a web site design company he claimed in one interview. Then Parson's decided to try his hand at Domain Name Registrations. In the beginning of the 'commercial internet' all paid for domain name registrations were controlled by Network Solutions. Network Solutions was owned by SAIC, the San Diego company that is a 'virtual who's who of ex US Military spooks'. When the US Government let 'control' of the net go into private hands it went right into the hands of former US Spooks who controlled Network Solutions via SAIC. One of the last mega deals of the Golden Days of Net Excess saw Network Solutions be bought by Verisign for billions of dollars. Verisign is the company that controls most of the encryption keys for the net. So spook owned Network Solutions went into bed with the company that controls most of ecommerce on the net via their SSL Keys. To this day, NetSol (Networks Solutions) is the major player in the Domain Name Registration game. NetSol lost it's monopoly on domain name registrations in the late 90's. It happened because anyone who could come up with a minor amount of cash required by Icaan, could get into the Domain Name Registration game. Bob Parson was just one of many that tried to compete with NetSol in the late 90's. Bob Parson who admits he was flush with cash and "NO IDEAS" on what to do with it got into the Domain Name Registration game in the late 90's just before the Internet Bubble burst. Bob Parson is an ex US Military person. So he fits well in the field led by Versign/NetSol. However, Bob Parson is making waves. He sued Verisign for emailing his customers that their domain names were due to expire. Parson's claimed such emails tricked his clients into registering their domain names with Verisign instead of him. Now Bob Parson is the person behind a campaign to have Verisign kicked out of the Domain Name Registration completely. It seems Bob Parson likes to bully around large companies with legal threats. Well guess what, a formal criminal complaint has been filed against GoDaddy, it's executives and it's legal team. A lawyer for GoDaddy made the mistake according to the complaint of threatening a very large domain name owner with the theft of over 500 domain names. This is not the first CRIMINAL COMPLAINT to be filed with the Arizona Attorney General's Office against GoDaddy. I know of another CRIMINAL COMPLAINT that was filed by another large domain name owner late last year. It seems Bob Parson is a control freak who thinks he has the right to clean up the net. GoDaddy is the only registrar that has a spam and morals provision with no court review in their registration agreement. The agreement gives Bob Parson the right to be judge/jury/executioner if you MAKE THE MISTAKE of using his private company from the land of scams (Scottsdale) to register your domain name. Some owners of domain names are complaining that GoDaddy is BLACKMAILING THEM by holding their domain names hostage. It seems the policy of GoDaddy is to assume their clients are guilty if even one person accuses them of spam and or having illegal content on their sites. It appears that upon even one such complaint GoDaddy sends out letters to domain name owners saying the person is GUILTY and to agree to never do it again. If the domain name owner doesn't agree within 24 Hours then GoDaddy illegally STEALS THEIR DOMAIN NAMES by putting them on "hold" or actually deleting them. Then the owner must pay a huge fee to get GoDaddy to give them their names back. This sure sounds like BLACKMAIL to me, or at the very least a severe ABUSE of POWER given to GoDaddy via their contract with Icann to register domain names. Icann has a very rigid procedure for removing domain names from owners. Such procedures are not in place at GoDaddy. I've seen emails between the legal staff of GoDaddy and a major domain name owner where GoDaddy DEMANDED PRIVATE CLIENT INFORMATION from their client, such demands of GoDaddy are a blatant misuse of power. GoDaddy is actually demanding domain name owners to release email logs and private registration information about clients if they want it. No judges orders are involved in such matters, if Bob Parson is your registrar HE EXPECTS TO SEE YOUR PRIVATE CLIENT INFO. It's in his corporate policies page at his site. Someone needs to slap the President of GoDaddy upside the head and tell him, REGISTRARS HAVE NO SUCH POWER. Well that slap upside the head came last week to GoDaddy in the form of a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. The complaint came from a huge domain name owner who says they were threatened by Bob Parson's company to turn over "PRIVATE CLIENT INFO" that a judge wouldn't dare to give to anyone. This is not the first CRIMINAL COMPLAINT to be filed against GoDaddy.com. Another large domain name owner claimed GoDaddy tried to BLACKMAIL him last year by holding one of his domain names hostage. Many others have made similar complaints about GoDaddy publicly as well. According to the most recent criminal complaint, Bob Parson's company actually threatened to KEEP 500 DOMAIN NAMES if the person didn't do things GoDaddy's way. So now Bob Parson has the office of Attorney General Terry Goddard looking at how he does business. Parson who also owns Wild West Domains thinks he is the sheriff for the Net if you read his spam and moral policies on his site. Bob Parson just has to "think" you sent one spam mail to someone to take away your domain name. That was clearly stated in an exchange of emails I've seen between a large domain name owner and the legal team of Bob Parson's. Can you say "Who the FUCK does Bob Parson's think he is?" So according to how Bob Parson does business, the fact that MULTIPLE CLIENTS OF GO DADDY have filed CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS against GoDaddy should be reason enough to put GoDaddy out of business. At least that is how Bob Parson has treated many of his own clients. When a person complains to GoDaddy about a client, it is the practice of GoDaddy to assume the client is guilty and to take away their domain names UNLESS THEY PAY AN ILLEGAL FEE to get the names back. Some say that is BLACKMAIL. GoDaddy calls it business as usual. Some are saying Bob Parson is a new CIA puppet to take away "Free Speech" on the net? NetSol was known to make Domains with controversial info "Disappear" for a while when they had info about events the NWO/US Gov didn't want in the public domain. Is Bob Parson's spam/morals mania just another CIA trick to control information on the Net? I don't think Bob Parson would threaten a company like ABC or CBS with 24 Hour deletion of their names, but then again all the major media companies (that I've check via whois) use NetSol anyway and stay clear of Bob Parson. These large media companies pay way more than they should for domain name registrations by using NetSol. Why do big companies use NetSol? They are a public company and if they mess with your assets (which a domain name is) you can sue them and get paid. Try to sue Bob Parson in the land of Scams if he takes away a valuable domain name. The question is, why does Bob Parson have such extreme provisions in his contracts that obviouly violate the rules of Icann? Maybe NetSol should fund a legal suit against Parson to have his right to register domain names removed like he has done against Verisign. Parson appears to be nothing but a control freak who thinks he should control what is on the net. If you use GoDaddy then you are using a person who thinks he should have the power to say what is on the net. Just read the policies on his site and the agreements he has at GoDaddy. The cancelation provisions in GoDaddy agreements PROVE Bob Parson is out to "control the net", after all he is the domain name 'sheriff' as his Wild West Domains company implies. Bob Parson's old company Parson's Technology was the developer of Quick Verse Bible Software. So it seems Bob Parson may be just one more Xtian out to harass the large domain name owner I mentioned. The large domain name owner is actually the founder of one of the fastest growing religions in the world. It's called TOH (Temple Of Hayah). He's world famous for guaranteeing ACTS OF GOD in Gods Name. He owns a ton of religious domain names. Can it be the developer of Quick Verse Bible Software simply wants to steal the following religious domain names. LordGodAlmighty.com
The bottom line is GoDaddy is the only registrar trying to delete domain names without a court order or an order from WIPO that I'm aware of. GoDaddy is run by the developer of Quick Verse Bible Software. The domain name owner that says Bob Parson's company threatened to steal over 500 domain names from him owns one of the most valuable portfolios of undeveloped religious domain names in the world. GoDaddy is a member of the BBB, I wish I could see that file since I hear many have also filed complaints with the BBB against GoDaddy. However, such large companies can often have many complaints and the BBB still reports them as satisfactory. So how many complaints have you had at the BBB Bob Parson? I know of multiple CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS against GoDaddy that are on file at the AZ Attorney General Office. That's enough reason for me to tell you not to do business with GoDaddy. DE Alexander
